The World Health Organization advised that only 10% of sugar should be included in the daily recommended calorie intake. In other words, you shouldn’t exceed six teaspoons of sugar a day. This sounds easy to follow, right? Well, not really because a can of soda contains about 10 teaspoons of sugar. So, if you consumed a can of sugar in a day, then you have literally consumed 40 grams of sugar.
